The art of living (or working) well within a small footprint comes down to functionality, light quality, overlapping different uses where appropriate and maximising subtle storage space.
We work with our preferred architects and designers to be able to present alternative re-design options for you at a fraction of the standard market cost, before selecting a preferred concept and working that into a detailed plan.
Interior decoration and style
We are big believers that form followings function. We prioritise functionality so that each space performs exactly as it is expected to, and then we dress it in an aesthetic and design unique to you.
Part of optimising design is maximising efficiency and utilising every inch of space available. We endeavour to use off-the-shelf sizes for items where possible to minimise costs, but there are often factors of the design that require bespoke fabrication in order to seamlessly work together.
Our preferred designers work with you in all material selection decisions (ensuring a balance between functionality, maintenance and style), bespoke fabrication where necessary/desired, subtle storage spaces, and furniture, fittings and soft finishes. Ultimately, the optimised design is finished with a "design skin" that aligns with your individual taste.
Building and strata approval
Achieving approval from the body corporate, strata committee or freeholder to deliver the new design can be a complex process.
We know exactly what is required to achieve approval, so let us handle the whole process for you and be your advocate throughout the journey. This service is a standard inclusion with all our projects.
